If you have recently changed workstations and you are using a Ziva VFX Academic or Evaluation license, please simply order a new license and input your new MAC Address.
If you are using a studio or indie license, please get in touch with our team by clicking the Contact Support button above. We can issue you an updated license and your old license will be removed and demolished.
Please note, although it is very important to us that you can start working as soon as possible, there may be a high volume of support tickets coming through on any given day. It may take anywhere from 3-5 business days for us to adjust your license file.
